Ann Crowley - Irish Artist, ships paintings anywhere in the world, to any country covered by such postal express companies as FedEx, DHL, UPS and Post Office. When you are placing an order, provide shipping information" where required.
Shipping times
Within the island of Ireland: 6 to 8 days. See delivery structure and lead times below. Where possible we will try to adhere or even better lead times. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order in the timeframe promised, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay.
Ireland & N-Ireland - 6 to 8 Days
United Kingdom - 8 to 14 Days
Continental Europe - 10 to 15 Days
US/Canada - 10 to 16 Days
Rest of World - 10 to 16 Days
Packaging
Every painting delivered by Ann Crowley - Irish Artist is packed in strong protective packaging . The canvas itself is protected by a plastic sheet to protect it during transport so you can be sure the painting is delivered to you in an undamaged condition. All Artwork is shipped either on the stretcher or mount or in a roll option available when purchasing. Once you receive your new art, you yourself have the option whether to frame it or not. We will be happy to send you a tracking number if you wish to keep track of your painting
Shipping notification
When your new art is dispatched, we will e-mail you shipping confirmation and details. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway bill number in your shipping confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking or Airway Bill, then tracking service is not available for your package). You can monitor the delivery of the parcel with your painting online at the official website of the courier firm.
Shipping delays
It is recommended that you wait until the end of the estimated delivery time range before you inquire as to your order status. While we have the utmost faith in our shipping and delivery partners, some delays and problems can occur from time to time.
Lost, damaged or destroyed in transit
If you feel that your shipment has been delayed or lost, please contact us immediately and we will trace the shipment and determine if it is actually lost or just delayed. If it is lost, a replacement order will be processed and shipped immediately, at no additional charge. We cannot track or trace international shipments, therefore we cannot deem them lost until 60 days after the date of shipping . When 60 days has passed, an insurance claim will be filed
Return & Exchange delivery charges
When returning or exchanging a product. The delivery Charges incurred are paid by the customer. More info Here
